The Columbia University Programme in Non-profit Management is a graduate level programme to advance best practices in management, governance, communications, fundraising and development for the non-profit/NGO sector. A key area of study is on new funding/financing mechanisms for effective and sustainable public/private partnerships (PPPs) to combat global health threats. Acknowledging that investors and decision makers in control of public sector budgets need to understand the benefits of coordinated action in health innovation investment if the SDG goals for improved global health are to be achieved, scholars from the Columbia University Programme in non-profit Management joined the G20 Health and Development partnership to advocate for change.
