Emmanuel Lacresse is a distinguished public servant and former Member of the French National Assembly. He brings a wealth of expertise in public policy, economic governance, and industrial strategy to the G20 & G7 Health and Development Partnership, providing strategic advice on sustainable health financing, parliamentary engagement, and the development of international partnerships. 

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA), Mr. Lacresse built a prestigious career at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance. During his tenure, he was instrumental in shaping financial regulation, industrial strategy, and international cooperation. He held several high-level roles, most notably serving as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Minister of the Economy. In this capacity, he contributed to major policy initiatives designed to strengthen France’s economic competitiveness, support industrial innovation, and advance European cooperation in financial policy.

In 2022, Mr. Lacresse was elected to the French National Assembly as the Member of Parliament for Meurthe-et-Moselle. As a member of the Finance Committee, he became a leading advocate for a more sustainable and resilient global economy. His legislative mandate was defined by a commitment to ensuring that financial frameworks support long-term societal stability.
